| Right, I'm in school right now, getting ready to do a report on George Lucas. Fun, fun, fun. I'm like the only one in here that is actually taking notes. It'll be good, though. Just gotta do it. Gotta go.

| Not listening to anything
Music is dumb
I don't have time for it
Unless I'm singing it myself
It's been far too long.
So, since I last posted, what has happened, you ask? Well, let's
see... got hauled along to bring my big bro to New York... dumb college
kids... gave up on the movie... or did I mention that already?...
Started Drama... Student Council... SADD... DECA... Choir... FBLA...
and I probably forgot some other club... oh, yeah, Spanish Club... um,
did I forget to mention school? Oops ...
Anyway, not much out of the ordinary happening on the homefront... just
regular over-achiever stuff, I guess. Sold like twelve Bucky
Books and Entertainment Books (DECA and Choir respectively) for
fundraisers. I got a lead part in the Fall Play. We're
doing Shakespeare's The Comedy of Errors.
There's a slight chance of me skipping Spanish III, which if I don't
will be a waste of 45 minutes every day for the entire school year.
AP US History is hard. Fun, but hard... well, maybe not hard...
how about, time-consuming... and challenging. Hard is a word for
a class I don't want to take but have to.
Anyway, 'tis 10:05, gotta go... good luck on life, everybody.
P.S. Aaron, to quote my play:
"Many a man hath more hair than wit."
But this is not hard for a man with hair
That measures quite as long as yours doth grow.
P.P.S That's right... liking the iambic pentameter. The rhyming needs a bit o'work, but whatev.

| Well, it certainly has been a while, hasn't it? I hope you all haven't missed me too much.
I've been a bit busy over the past... um... three months... yeah...
Lame excuse, I know, but... whatever.
Anyway, I'm back now and that's what counts, anyway.
So, for the past two weeks I've been at my own house for less than
eighty hours. I've slept in my own bed three times since July 17.
I spent six days (five nights) at WASC Leadership Camp Level III on the
UW Green Bay campus. It was a blast. I learned tons of new
things, and met tons of cool people. Some of whom may be reading
this and thinking 'gee, does he really like us that much?'. I
assure you, I do.
Right, so after that I came home and spent two blissful days
unpacking. And re-packing. Because immediately thereafter
my family (excluding my no-account college-student brother) left to go
camping in Perrot State Park, along the Mississippi River in Trempeleau
County. It was... um... great... yeah... really... right...
Actually, it wasn't horrible, per se. It's just that after a week
away from home, the last thing I needed was to have my contact with the
outside violently severed for another eight days. But,
whatever. I got back yesterday, and everything is getting back to
normal-esque. That is, normal for my family. Which isn't
normal at all.
Hey, but on the multiple multi-hour drives for various day trips during
last week, I got to watch the entire Back to the Future Trilogy on our
portable DVD player.
That made me feel special.
Also, for anyone that didn't know, I stopped the production of ARIZONA
SMITH (my movie). There wasn't enough interest in the involved
parties to continue.
But, that's an old story. Until next time:
Lucas
